As co-founders of JEDC, Jiji and Emi combine their expertise and passion to create a nurturing space for dancers, they aim to create a space that they would have loved as young dancers.
Their mission is to provide high-quality dance education while promoting creativity, individuality, and resilience. Through their dynamic classes they strive to make dance accessible and enjoyable for all aspiring professionals.

Jiji has been dancing since she was 4 years old, maintaining a big focus and love for acrobatics.
After growing up training at the Pauline Quirke Academy of Working Arts among other MT companies, she furthered her training at college - graduating with a distinction.
Jiji then went on to pursue her teaching career where she found her passion for guiding the new generation of dancers and acrobats.
In 2022 Jiji was invited to attend a teacher training program with the prestigious Jessica Jones Acrobatics at which she successfully gained her certificate in teaching and supporting advanced acro skills.
Jiji is also certified with ACROTRIX earning over 90% success in her training courses. Following this she had the pleasure of opening ACROTRIX Gillingham where she taught their syllabus to young acrobats.
Jiji has worked for over 5 years with children and adults of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve their goals, gain confidence and develop new skills.
She offers a unique understanding of those with SEN and hopes to embrace this sie of her expertise in the future.


EMILY BROADWAY
Emily has been dancing since she was 2 years old, and is trained in a variety of styles including but not limited to - Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Commercial, Hiphop, Latin and Bolly/Tollywood styles.
She broadened her training firstly at Performers College and then later at Addict Dance Academy where she graduated from in 2023 with a degree.
Her credits include X Factor, music videos from Majestic singles to Bollywood music videos and films.
Emily has also had experience in live performance dancing, such as EnzoisBurning, Murphy’s Law and a Bollywood musical in London featuring Bollywood and Hiphop styles.
Emily enjoys teaching the next generation of dancers all of the valuable lessons she has learnt on her own personal journey and loves to see how passing on this knowledge can help another’s journey as a performer.
She prides herself on being able to create a space for people to have fun, learn and grow.
Emily hopes to continue her performing career, as well as offer the knowledge she has learnt through teaching.
